Road Trip to Napier

Time for our first road trip in New Zealand. We are travelling from Wellington to Napier, which is usually a 3 hour trip, but we got a big traffic jam up in Parauparaumu so the trip in the end took 4 and half hours.

We hit the road after a noon lunch. It was a really nice trip full of sightings and the roads are very well maintained.

 

When we got near Napier we started to go through the vineyards.

Finally after more than four hours of trip we arrived at our destination in Napier. We are staying at the Riverbend Family Lodge which is actually a really nice idea. It’s a family that has a big terrain on it at the rear they have their home and then they built three more little houses which they rent out to people like us, they have a big garden with a tombling and a swimming pool, and our batch it’s really nice, it has two bedrooms so the girls have their own room.

After we got settled we went right to bed, all of us were tire of the trip.
