Wellington: Day 1

Our current batch is not actually in Wellington City, but in Porirua which is a part of Greater Wellington, that means that we are not in the CBD but very near, just 15 min away.
Our first day was not so great because Raquel got sick in the middle of the nigh, we think she ate something that didn’t quite agree with her stomach, this made us stay at home to let Raquel recover from ther illness.
Let us tell you a bit about our current home. The house is amazing, the pictures we saw from it made no justice to the house, it’s actually of a good size, it has only one bedroom in which there is our bed and the two girls beds, we have a small area outside which a table, chairs and a grill. Our living room comes with a nice LCD TV with DVD and Sky TV, we have free wireless connection, the kitchen is fully equiped and we have laundry facilities.
This is the bedroom of the house, as you can see we have our bed and the girl’s beds alongside, the window on the right takes us to the outside area:
On the outside we have a great staying area along with a grill:
Our living room is great with a big couch and the great TV:
The sweetest thing about the TV (and Sol will agree with me) is that it has Sky TV so I get ESPN, that means that I get to see Sunday and Monay Night Football.
Finally we have the kitchen, which is fully equiped for all our needs:
Our house is just beside the Charles Duncan Reserver, so we have some nice looking vegetation from our bedroom window.
That’s it for the day, tomorrow we must likely just go up to Porirua Center to visit a mall, give Raquel an extra day to get 100%.
Now we are talking!. That’s what I call a nice view. Congratulations for your new, temporary home. According to Google maps there’s a park reserve , just around the corner.. you should check it out. Greetings to all!.
