Wellington: Day 10

Today we took the girls to the movies to watch Megamind in 3D. We went to Reading Cinemas up in the North City Mall in Porirua. This was actually a big cinema and in the lounge it had some arcade games, one of them was a Japanese one in which you had to control a kind of an electrical hand that went up and down and had a small bar used to push the boxes.

The idea is to be able to push the box so it falls for you to win it. The tricky thing is that the little pushing bar had to fit through a small hole, long story short, I spent about 20 NZD playing that game 😛

They gave the girls some ballons and washable tattos with the movie theme.

The quality of both the sound and picture was quite great, and this time the girls actually wore the glasse through all the movie, first time they enjoyed a 3D movie 😀

Funny story, as you can see on the photo, the glasses were a little too big for Raquel, and Sol came up with the idea to use her spare trousers to hold them, haha. What she did is she took Raquel trousers and fit them like a hair cap.
